Report a problem installing, connecting to, or using Bowdoin's GlobalProtect VPN.

When to Use This

Use this offering when:

  • GlobalProtect won't install or won't open
  • You can't connect, or the connection drops repeatedly
  • You're connected but still can't reach a campus resource you need
  • You're getting an error or sign-in failure you can't resolve

When NOT to Use This

Don't use this offering if:
