Distribution groups can no longer be managed from Outlook Online. Please follow the instructions below on how to edit and manage a Distribution Group.
Access your Outlook settings
To access the list of distribution groups you are a member of or can manage, log in to this portal using your Bowdoin username and password.
Edit a distribution group
Once you've logged in to Distribution Group Management portal, you can add and remove people from any list you have the permission to edit:
- Under the "Distribution groups I own" section, locate the group you want to edit from the list displayed.
- Click on the list to select it and click the icon to edit the list.
- Click the "Membership" link to search for and add or remove members
- Click Save button to save your changes (or cancel to leave the group's membership unchanged)
- Click the "X" in the upper-right of the Settings panel
