The IT Tech Hub is a walk-up service available to faculty, staff and students. It is primarily staffed by students employed and trained by Information Technology's Client Services Division.

Who does the Tech Hub Support?
The Tech Hub is a resource that supports all current Bowdoin Faculty, Staff, and Students.
What does the Tech Hub offer?
The Tech Hub can assist with a variety of issues.
- Provide general software support for most college-supported applications.
- Provide support for PaperCut Printing.
- Provide hardware troubleshooting on Bowdoin-issued devices.
- Offer advice on new computer or device purchases.
- Provide guidance on obtaining hardware warranty support for devices as part of the College's Digital Excellence Commitment and GCS/THRIVE laptop program.
- Create service requests and escalate issues to Service Desk professional staff as-needed.
Operating Hours
The Tech Hub is open 7 days a week during each academic semester
- Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday -Sunday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Please note: Tech Hub hours may vary at the start of the semester as staff are hired. For current operating hours or for technical assistance, please contact the Service Desk at (207) 725-3030.
Location
The Tech Hub is located in Smith Union on the second floor near the Café, in the "Blue Box".
An appointment is encouraged or you can join the wait list on the day you'd like to go to the Tech Hub.
