Configuring call settings in Microsoft Teams can enhance call distribution in an office environment. This guide provides instructions setting up the "Call Group" feature for simultaneous and ordered call routing to multiple team members.
Configuring "Manage call group" for Simultaneous Ringing
To have incoming calls simultaneously to multiple people in addition to yourself:

Open Microsoft Teams: Launch the Teams app on your device.

Access Settings:
- Click on the three dots next to your account icon (circle with your initials) at the top-right corner.
- Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Navigate to Calls:
- In the Settings menu, click on
Calls
.

Manage Call Group:
- Expand
Manage call group
if is not already expanded.
- Click on
Add a call group
.

Add Members to Call Group:
- Enter the name or number of the individuals you want to add to Call Group.
If you want calls to your number to go to a group of people as well as yourself but in a specific order.
To have incoming calls ring to a group of people in a specific order:

Open Microsoft Teams

- Select

Navigate to Calls:
- Click on
Calls
within the Settings menu.

Manage Call:
- Expand
Manage call group
if necessary.
- Click on
Add a call group

Set Ring Order:
- Click on the down arrow from
Ring: Everyone at once
.
- Choose In the order below.
- Arrange the individuals in the Call Group in the desired order by and dragging on the dotted box icon to the left of each name.
