Answer
Bowdoin College does not have licensing for the use of Calendly and staff, faculty, and students are discouraged from using it for allowing people to self-schedule time with you.
As an alternative, Microsoft offers a feature called "Bookings with Me" which customers can configure which allows the same functionality. We encourage everyone to use Microsoft Bookings with Me in place of Calendly.
There is a knowledge base article that has been created to assist customers on getting started with Microsoft Bookings with Me.
