Pull these CG events into Localist without login required:

  • “Who can see this event?” = Everyone 
  • “Who can see this event?” = Just the people who are allowed to register (when “Who is allowed to register?” = Everyone) 

Pull these CG events into Localist with login required:

  • “Who can see this event?” = Logged on users only 
  • “Who can see this event?” = Just the people who are allowed to register (when “Who is allowed to register” = Bowdoin College CampusGroups users only)

Other Requests:

  • When an event has co-sponsors in CampusGroups, ensure that all of those departments/groups are mapped into the Localist “Department and Office” field. 
  • Location repeats itself in multiple Localist fields (Event Place, Room) — see example. Ensure that "event place" (building) maps only once and room number maps only once.
