Request a New Digital Sign

Use this request to add a new digital display, connected to Carousel, to a campus location.

When to Use This

  • Your department wants a new sign in a lobby, hallway, or shared space.
  • You are planning a space renovation or setup that includes a display.
  • You want to replace or add to your department's existing signage.

When NOT to Use This

  • Is an existing sign broken or offline? Use Report a Digital Sign or Carousel Problem in the Related Services section.
  • Do you just need publishing access to a sign that already exists? Use Manage Digital Sign Access in the Related Services section.

Before You Submit

  • The building and specific location for the sign.
  • The orientation you want (landscape or portrait).
  • Whether power and a network connection are available at the location.
  • The purpose of the display and who will publish to it.

What Happens Next

IT follows up to scope the display, media player, installation, and Carousel setup. Because a new display involves purchasing and installing hardware, timelines vary; you will be given an estimate after the initial review.
