Complete Faculty iPad Survey

Beginning this summer, Information Technology will replace all previously assigned iPad Pros, Magic Keyboards, and Apple Pencils. These devices are no longer supported or covered under AppleCare, and we’re excited to offer you new, updated models.

To help us plan, we ask that you complete a brief iPad Replacement Survey by Thursday, May 23 to let us know your preference—or if you no longer need an iPad.

Replacement Options

You may choose from the following models, each of which includes a 4-year AppleCare+ plan and the new Apple Pencil Pro:

If you’re unsure which device might suit you best, demo units are available to try at the Tech Hub in Smith Union, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Important Notes

  • All current iPads, keyboards, and pencils must be collected, regardless of whether a replacement is selected.
  • If you no longer use your iPad, you can indicate this in the survey, and we’ll coordinate a pickup.
  • If you request a replacement, you can turn in your current device when your new one arrives.
  • Faculty who do not complete the survey by May 23 will still have their current devices collected and may not have another opportunity for a replacement until Summer 2026.
  • Visiting and adjunct faculty do not need to complete the survey—their devices will be replaced with 11” iPad Pros automatically. If you don’t want to use one, they will be kept in inventory.
