Use this request to contact the OneCard office about anything not covered by the other offerings on this page.

When to Use This

  • Your OneCard has been lost, stolen, or damaged and needs to be replaced
  • You have a question or issue related to a vendor card or department card
  • You need to report a problem with your OneCard not related to building access
  • You have a general question for the OneCard office that doesn't fit another category

When NOT to Use This

  • To grant building or door access: Use Request Card Access or Keys instead.
  • To remove building or door access: Use Remove Card Access instead.
  • For PaperCut printing balance or account issues: See Updating your OneCard for PaperCut in the Related Articles section — this is managed through PaperCut, not the OneCard office.
  • For Bowdoin account, password, or MFA issues: See Faculty, Staff, and Student Accounts in the Service Catalog.
