Explanation of Service Offering
The College has a variety of enterprise-level applications that clients may need to have access to. This request should be used to request access for yourself or someone else. In some cases, permission will need to be provided by a supervisor or application owner before access can be granted.
Environment
Application access can be requested by faculty and staff to enterprise-level applications that are required to perform their jobs.
Please note: Some applications, such as Polaris, have their own special request process due to the nature of the application.
Service Promise
Application access is usually granted within 3 business days, but could be longer if there is a delay in approval or if information is missing.
