Environment
This article applies to all Bowdoin College faculty, staff, and students subscribed to StatusHub alerts. All campus community members are automatically subscribed by default, but you can opt out at any time following the steps below.
Resolution
You cannot unsubscribe from StatusHub directly through the StatusHub website. This is a security feature that ensures no one can unsubscribe you without your consent.
Unsubscribe from email alerts
Click the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any StatusHub email alert you have received. This will immediately remove your email address from StatusHub notifications.
Unsubscribe from SMS alerts
If you subscribed to SMS alerts, you must reply to a StatusHub text message or click the unsubscribe link included in an SMS alert to opt out. You cannot unsubscribe from SMS through the website.
