Environment
This article applies to all Bowdoin College faculty, staff, and students. StatusHub is an online service that allows Information Technology to proactively post important updates about IT systems, including outages, degraded performance, scheduled maintenance, and security notifications.
Resolution
You can view the status of all Bowdoin IT services by going to https://statushub.bowdoin.edu.

If there is an active issue, information will appear under the Notifications section. Upcoming maintenance is listed under the Maintenance section.
Scroll down to see a complete list of all monitored services and any current or historical incidents. You can filter the list to show only services you care about.

If a service has an active or historical incident, you will see a triangle icon next to it. Click the icon to view more details without leaving the page.
