Position the Meeting Owl

For the best audio and video experience, position the Meeting Owl as follows:
- Place it at the center or end of the table
- Keep it at least 3 feet away from any TV or display to prevent audio feedback
- Ensure it is no more than 8 feet from the farthest in-room attendee
- Alternatively, mount it on a tripod positioned in the center of the room
Connect the Meeting Owl

- Locate the USB and power ports on the base of the Meeting Owl.
- Connect the Meeting Owl to the computer or laptop using the USB cable. Use the included USB-C adapter if the computer only has USB-C ports.
- Plug the power adapter into the Meeting Owl and connect the other end to a power outlet.
- The Meeting Owl will power on automatically. An audible "hoot" will play when it wakes up.
- Wait for the ring of lights to illuminate — this indicates the device is ready.
- If using macOS, click Allow when prompted to grant the device microphone and camera access.
