Retrieving Voice Mails Left on Department Lines (Teams Calling)

Voice mails left on department lines using Teams Calling will be delivered to the Office 365 Group associated with the number and can be accessed via Outlook.

In the left panel of Outlook's Mail view, beneath the Inbox, in it's own section is Groups. Click on the Group associated with the department line and any voice mails left on the department line will be there as an email.

In the left panel of Outlook's Mail view, beneath your personal inbox beneath the Sent items, you will see the Groups section. Click on the Group associated with the department line and any voice mails left on the department line will be there as an email.

Tips for managing voice mails sent to the Group

Emails in the group folder do not show if they have been read or not, this can make managing responses to the voice mails difficult when multiple people are working on answering them at the same time. One method for managing those messages and avoid confusion would be to forward the email to your personal Bowdoin email and then deleting from the Group inbox.
