IT Work Request Email

Email messages that are sent from TeamDynamix, the system that IT and other departments use to manage work requests, are getting a face lift!

The former messages were intended to stand out, however feedback over the last few years indicate that we weren't hitting that mark. The messages were more complicated than necessary and the important content was being missed.

The new messages are simplified and easier to read. Examples of these new templates can be found below.
