Resolution

Follow these steps to reboot your Dell WD-19 dock:

  1. Unplug all peripheral devices from the dock. This includes monitors, keyboards, mice, and any other connected devices.
  2. Disconnect the dock from your laptop. Do this by unplugging the cable that connects the dock to your computer.
  3. Remove the power adapter from the dock. This means unplugging the dock's power cable from the electrical outlet.
  4. Wait for approximately 10 seconds. This pause allows the dock to fully reset.
  5. Reconnect the power adapter to the dock by plugging it back into the electrical outlet.
  6. Connect the dock to your laptop again using the cable.
  7. Plug all your peripheral devices back into the dock. Ensure that each device is securely connected.
  8. Check if the issues are resolved. Your devices should now be recognized, and the dock should be working properly.
