All Bowdoin faculty, staff and students have access to personal electronic calendars in our Exchange system and Office 365. New calendars can be requested to be used by departments or small groups.
Please note that shared calendars are not available for access from most mobile devices. You will only be able to access these calendars from Outlook.com or Microsoft Outlook.
Available To
Requests can be made by current faculty and staff. For student organizations wishing to request a shared calendar, a current Bowdoin staff member should make the request on your behalf.
Service Promise
We will work to create the calendar within 5 business days.
