Assistance with 2-Step Authentication for Email

Information

In order to access Bowdoin email from an email client or from Office 365, 2-step authentication is required.

Not every email client supports 2-step authentication. If you are using an older email client and would like assistance, please let us know by clicking "Submit Request" on the right.

Please Note: Due to the large call and request volume, we will not be able to get to everyone in a short period of time. We will be working to respond to requests as quickly as we can. You can continue to access your email at https://outlook.office.com, which does support 2-step authentication.
