We work hard to make sure that the technology available in classrooms, computer labs, and conference rooms is available and in good working order at all times. However, as with all technology, things can break and when they do, it can have a major impact on teaching and learning. Use the linked form to alert us to an issue with the technology a classroom or lab so that we can take action as quickly as we can to put the space back into working order. Click on "Report Issue" on the right to enter a request.

Service Promise
Classrooms and labs are our #1 priority during the academic year. We will respond to an issue within an hour once the room becomes available, or sooner if possible. You can keep track on the status of your request by logging in and clicking on "Ticket Requests" to see all of your tickets and any information that we may provide.
If you are experiencing an issue in class and the issue prevents you from being able to conduct class regularly, please call the Service Desk at (207) 725-3030 or X3030 and press '2'. We will send a technician over immediately to take a look at the issue and hopefully resolve it quickly.
