Faculty or Staff Computer Support

Introduction

Faculty and Staff may request support or service for their Bowdoin-issued computer, Bowdoin-issued iPad and other Bowdoin-issued computer technology as well as request assistance with the software installed on any of those devices.

Eligibility

Current Bowdoin faculty and staff.

Get Started

For assistance with a hardware issue on a Bowdoin-issued computer for faculty or staff, press the Request Computer Hardware Help button.

For assistance with a hardware issue on a Bowdoin-issued iPad or device other than a computer, for faculty and staff, press the Request Device Hardware Help button.
