If you have a Bowdoin-issued iPad, you can request assistance for a variety of hardware and software issues. Some examples include:
- Activation Lock errors
- Setup Errors
- App Installation Errors

This service is available to faculty, staff and students with a Bowdoin-issued iPad
Cost:
There is no cost for this service.
Service Promise:
Once a request has been entered, we will work to respond to the request within 2 business days and to have a resolution within 5 business days. We work on requests in the order that they are received. Certain times of year may extend these time frames depending on the number of requests being received.
