Introduction:
You can use this service to request to borrow one or many pieces of computer technology from the IT Loaning Center. You can borrow laptops, iPads, digital projectors or small speaker to be used for various campus-related projects. By using this request form, understand that the technology that you are looking to borrow may not be available for the date(s) that you would like. A representative will notify you with results once equipment can be verified.

Items borrowed from the Loaning Center can be checked out for 7 days. If you need a piece of equipment for more than 7 days, please contact the Service Desk to discuss options and make special arrangements.
Eligibility:
This service is available to faculty, staff and students for campus-use. At this time, equipment can not be borrowed from the IT Loaning Center for personal use.
Cost:
There is no cost to borrow equipment from the Loaning Center.
If not all borrowed equipment is returned or not returned on time, item replacement cost(s) and/or late fees may be charged to the person or department.
Service Promise:
Once a request has been made, a formal reservation will be created or you will be notified of any items that may not be available. You can pick up the item(s) on your pickup date. Items will be due back on or before the date end date of your reservation.
