Introduction
Bowdoin College and the campus community host several hundred events each year. Many of those events may require technology assistance in the form of microphones, speakers, recording, and more.
All event requests are managed through the Summer Events and Programming Office. In most cases, these requests should be made when reserving a space through Campus Groups. Even if you discover once an event is scheduled, that you need to add AV assistance, you can edit the reservation and add the additional details.
