  • You want to suggest a new feature or model. Use LibreChat Feedback or Enhancement Request in the Related Services section.
  • You are a student who has not been granted access yet. Use Student Access to LibreChat/Amplify AI in the Related Services section.
  • Your problem is with the Claude apps, Claude Code, or Cowork rather than LibreChat. See Claude in the Related Services section.

Before You Submit

Have this information ready:

  • What you were trying to do and which model you were using.
  • The exact error message, if any (a screenshot helps and can be attached).
  • When the problem started.

What Happens Next

The Service Desk reviews your request and, during the pilot, most requests are acknowledged within 1 business day. You may be contacted for more detail. If your issue turns out to be a known platform bug, it is linked to the ongoing work and you are updated when it is resolved.
