  • Print Deploy isn't installing printers correctly on your computer
  • You're having trouble printing from a personal laptop (Mac or Windows) to a campus PaperCut printer
  • You're having trouble printing from an iPhone, iPad, or Android device to a campus printer

  • You're receiving software errors related to PaperCut that you haven't been able to resolve using the Knowledge Base articles

When Not to Use This

Don't use this offering if:

  • A physical printer is offline, jammed, or not responding — use Report Printer Issue or Request a Printer Service instead
  • You need to set up or change a departmental cost center — use Manage a PaperCut Cost Center instead
  • You want to release a print job that's stuck in your queue — try the steps in Releasing a Held Document in the Related Articles section first
