What This Request Is For
Use this request to get help with PaperCut software on your computer or mobile device — including the PaperCut Client (PCClient), Print Deploy, and setting up or troubleshooting printing from a personal or mobile device.
When to Use This
Use this offering when:
- The PaperCut Client (PCClient) isn't appearing in your menu bar, won't open, or is showing errors on your Bowdoin Mac
- Print Deploy isn't installing printers correctly on your computer
- You're having trouble printing from a personal laptop (Mac or Windows) to a campus PaperCut printer
- You're having trouble printing from an iPhone, iPad, or Android device to a campus printer
- You need help setting up PaperCut for the first time on a Bowdoin or personal device
- You're receiving software errors related to PaperCut that you haven't been able to resolve using the Knowledge Base articles
When Not to Use This
Don't use this offering if:
- A physical printer is offline, jammed, or not responding — use Report Printer Issue or Request a Printer Service instead
- You need to set up or change a departmental cost center — use Manage a PaperCut Cost Center instead
