Explanation of Service Offering

If you hare experiencing issues or have questions about any piece of the PaperCut system such as installing Print Deploy, using PCClient, printing from a mobile device, or releasing a document from the web or a multi-function device, you can request assistance by completing the form linked on this page.


PaperCut is the College's print management solution. It manages everything from the ability to print and scan to tracking the amount of environmental impact the community has through printing.

PaperCut uses two pieces of software on computers or a printing profile on mobile devices in order to facilitate printing. In addition, there are a number of additional components that relate to the PaperCut product. 


There is no cost for requesting assistance with any of the PaperCut software elements.
