Report Teams Calling Issue

Introduction

Teams Calling will combines current phone numbers with Microsoft 365 accounts and allow faculty and staff to receive and make calls from any Teams-enabled device or app. This includes the Teams app for computers and mobile devices. 

If you are experiencing an issue with a Teams Phone device, please let us know by putting in a request. Click on the "Teams Calling Issue" on this page and complete the information requested. Someone will look into the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Eligibility

Any faculty or staff member with a physical Teams Calling device may use this service to let IT know of any issues.

Cost

There is no cost for the service.

Service Promise

Offerings may have their own service promise, however most requests will be responded to within 2-3 business days with a resolution in 3-5 business days.
