- My laptop no longer has Jamf self-service, what do I do?
- Self Service on my Mac isn't working, I need help.
Environment
- Bowdoin faculty, staff, and students
- Bowdoin-issued Mac laptop and desktops
Resolutions
If Self Service is not installed, or no longer installed on a Bowdoin-issued Mac due to accidental deletion, assistance from Information Technology (IT) staff is required.
If you have a laptop, please bring the laptop to the Tech Hub in Smith Union during business hours.
If you have a desktop or are unable to come to the Tech Hub, please contact the Service Desk and we can provide remote assistance to repair the issue.
