This service is to request support for a damaged or broken Digital Excellence Commitment device, including iPad Pro, iPad Mini, Apple Pencil, Magic Keyboard, or student laptop.
Eligibility:
This service is available to faculty, staff and students with an iPad or Laptop distributed as part of the Digital Excellence Commitment.
Note: Students who received an 11" iPad Pro with a Magic Keyboard and Apple pencil MUST contact Apple on their own to receive a repair to pay a nominal service fee(s). For more information, view the article under the "Related Articles" section.
Get Started
To request assistance with or to notify Information Technology of a damaged iPad, Apple Pencil, or Magic Keyboard, press the "Report iPad Damage" button.
To request assistance with a damaged student laptop, press the "Request Laptop Repair" button.
