Issue/Question
Bowdoin-issued Macs are now enrolled into the Jamf MDM solution used to manage and maintain all Bowdoin Apple devices. The profile is automatically installed using Managed Software Center and to complete the enrollment of your computer you will need to approve the MDM profile.
Environment
Available on all Bowdoin-issued Mac computers running MacOS High Sierra Version 10.13.2 and later.
Resolution
In order to complete the enrollment of your computer, we ask that you please perform the steps below.
- Click the Apple in the upper left corner of your screen.
- Choose System Preferences
- Click Profiles
- Select MDM Profile
- Next, click Approve under where it says "Functionality may be limited until this profile is approved."
- Click Approve again when the confirmation window appears.
Enrollment is now complete. You can now close System Preferences and continue using your computer.
