Issue/Question
- I have an MacBook Pro, iPad, Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard provided by the Bowdoin and need to contact AppleCare, how can I do that?
Resolution
Support for student MacBook Pros, iPads and iPad accessories is provided by Apple directly. Students have a choice to either bring their device to an Apple Store, to an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or to contact AppleCare directly to receive support by mail.
