How do I contact AppleCare?


  • I have an iPad, Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard provided by the Bowdoin and need to contact AppleCare, how can I do that?


Support for student iPads and iPad accessories is provided by Apple directly. Students have a choice to either bring their iPad to an Apple Store, to an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or to contact AppleCare directly to receive support by mail.

To contact AppleCare by phone, don't use the published AppleCare number, but rather use the AppleCare for Education number below.

Please note: Current students who need to have their iPad replaced by Apple will need to contact the Service Desk before a repair will be processed. Visit for more information.
