How do I contact AppleCare?

Issue/Question

  • I have an iPad, Apple Pencil and Magic Keyboard provided by the Bowdoin and need to contact AppleCare, how can I do that?

Resolution

Support for student iPads and iPad accessories is provided by Apple directly. Students have a choice to either bring their iPad to an Apple Store, to an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or to contact AppleCare directly to receive support by mail.

For details on how to receive support through AppleCare, please visit Apple's Support page at: https://support.apple.com/contact

To contact AppleCare by phone, don't use the published AppleCare number, but rather use the AppleCare for Education number below.

1-800-800-2775
Please note: Current students who need to have their iPad replaced by Apple will need to contact the Service Desk before a repair will be processed. Visit https://bowdoin.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1814/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=45917 for more information.

If you need further assistance, please contact the Bowdoin College Service Desk
