Request a Zoom tutorial

Information

Zoom is widely popular online video conference and meeting platform. While mostly intuitive, we understand there may be some areas of the application that are confusing. You can request that someone from Information Technology provide a very short 1-on-1 tutorial on how to log in and use Zoom.

Available To

Zoom tutorials are available to all faculty and staff who plan on using Zoom for an individual meeting or several different meetings and webinars.

Once a Zoom tutorial has been given, the expectation is the recipient of the tutorial will be able to create meetings, setup for a Zoom session in a room and record as necessary.

The beauty of Zoom is that IT involvement is not necessary once an initial tutorial is provided, nor should it be expected, although we are available for assistance if trouble or issues do come up.
