This article applies to all Bowdoin College students, faculty, and staff seeking technology support from Information Technology.

Note: Support is available year-round during regular business hours. Operating hours are not contingent on the start of a semester. Walk-in hours and live chat availability may vary depending on time of year — check this article and the Bowdoin Daily Digest for any schedule changes.

Walk-in Support — Tech Hub

The Tech Hub is located on the 2nd floor of Smith Union. Drop in during the hours below for in-person assistance.

Call (207) 725-3030. Phone support is available year-round during the hours below. Hours may vary by time of year.

After-hours support: 24/7 general software support is available by pressing 5 when you call. If you call outside of normal operating hours, you will be transferred automatically.
Classroom technology issues: If you experience a problem with classroom technology during class hours, call (207) 725-3030 and press 2 to be routed directly to an agent.
