Answer
Support is available year-round, during regular business hours. Operating hours are not contingent on the start of a semester. Walk-in support, walk-in location and live chat locations and schedules may all vary depending on the time of year. Please check back here for the most up-to-date information and check the daily digest for any schedule changes.

Tip: 24 / 7 general software support is available by Press '5'. If you call the Service Desk outside of normal operating hours you will be transferred automatically.
If you are in class during regular business hours, and experience an issue with the technology in the classroom, call the Service Desk number and press 2 to be routed to a an agent.
Email Support
While email support is available, it is not recommended to email the Service Desk for assistance as it will take longer for your issue to be viewed and worked on.
Customers may email the Service Desk at servicedesk@bowdoin.edu.
NOTE: Please do NOT CC the Service Desk as this all back and forth conversation in that email thread will create multiple work requests to the Service Desk.
