Teams mobile app (iOS or Android)
- Tap More (three dots at the bottom of the screen), then tap Calls.

- Tap the message you want to hear.
- Tap the Play button.
- To delete a message, tap the trash can icon.
Teams desk phone (Poly)
- Tap the Voicemail button on the home screen.
- Tap the message you want to hear.
- Tap the Play button.
- To delete a message, tap the trash can icon.
Voicemail in your email
In addition to appearing in the Teams app, voicemails are automatically delivered to your Bowdoin email inbox. Each message arrives as an email with:
- An audio file attachment (MP3) you can play directly in your email client
- An automated transcript of the message in the email body (accuracy varies)
- The caller's number or name in the subject line
Tip: If you primarily work from email, you can manage all your voicemails without opening Teams. Reply to the email notification or forward the audio attachment to share a message with a colleague.
