Request pickup of Bowdoin-issued electronics for disposal, recycling, or re-issue, or notify IT that Bowdoin equipment is leaving campus for work-from-home use. To disconnect and reconnect equipment for an office move, use the Office Moves & Equipment Setup service instead.
Box is used by some departments in order to work with student employees on departmental materials. Department employee who need to be able to share folders and invite collaborators in Box need to request co-owner access to their department's Box folder. Student employee access is automatic from HR and access should not be requested through this process.

Classroom Technical Services provides orientation, training, and consults for Bowdoin's 75+ classroom and computer lab spaces — from learning a room's equipment, to running Zoom or Teams in a room, to getting hands-on help for a specific hybrid class or event.
Desktop Password Sync replaces the user's local macOS password with their Okta password, resulting in one less password to remember. You can request Desktop Password Sync for macOS if it is not already installed on your computer.
GraphPad Prism is not available for campus-wide use. A small number of licenses are available for faculty individual use. You can make a request for a license key using this request form.

Xfinity on Campus or XoC is a service which allows students the ability to stream live TV to laptops, desktops, mobile devices and Roku devices. If you are experiencing issues logging in to Xfinity on Campus, use this form to let us know.
Information Technology has enabled a secure Scan to Box feature on the multi-function Ricoh printer/scanners on campus. Student employees and staff need to use this function in order to scan to a SCAN folder in the department's BOX folder.
Bowdoin's PaperCut print management platform. Request software help, manage cost centers, configure printers, set up guest access, or request additional student print funds.
Guest Wireless is Bowdoin's BOWDOIN-GUEST network for campus visitors. Guests self-connect through a portal page when they join the network; this service is where a guest can report a problem with guest Wi-Fi.

The Service Desk is able to replace broken or damaged peripherals or work with you to purchase new peripherals to replace broken items purchased by a department in the past.

The OneCard is Bowdoin's official campus ID card, used for building and door access, dining, the library, and more. The OneCard office handles card issuance, physical access permissions, key distribution, and vendor and department card issues. Use this service to submit any OneCard request to the OneCard office.
The College's current license agreements provide for faculty, administrative staff and students to download and install all Adobe products on Bowdoin-issued computers, personal computers or iPad OS.
