Bowdoin community members must return old, broken, unused, or departing College‑issued laptops or iPads in person at the Tech Hub during business hours, bringing the device, charger, and any issued accessories while leaving management apps installed. Before drop‑off, back up personal data and sign out of personal accounts, don’t factory reset, be prepared to unlock the device, and staff will record details and securely erase and decommission it, wiping any remaining personal data.
