Introduction
PaperCut is Bowdoin's print management platform. It manages and monitors printing, scanning, and copying on all Bowdoin network printers. Due to the large number of options available to request by our clients, some of the services have been separated out. To submit a PaperCut request, click the button that closely relates to what you'd like to request and complete the online form. If you'd like more information about each service offering available, click the corresponding link under the "Service Offerings" section.
Eligibility
Bowdoin staff, faculty, and students can use the various service offerings listed on this page to make various requests regarding PaperCut. Some offerings are restricted to staff and faculty only.
Get Started
To request the addition or removal of a student or employee to a PaperCut Account (Cost Center), press the "Add to or remove from PaperCut Cost Center" button.
To request assistance with any of the PaperCut applications (Print Deploy, Print Client), press the "PaperCut Software Help".
To request PaperCut accounts to allow those without Bowdoin email addresses to print, press the "PaperCut Guest Request" button.
For students, to request additional print funds (only if balance is below $3.00), press the "Request Additional Print Funds" button.
For assistance with anything related to scanning within PaperCut, press the "Scanning Requests" button.
